Andy is a 1988 graduate of Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington , Mn. For most of that time he has specialized  in a motion oriented chiropractic adjusting approach alongside soft tissue and muscle therapy techniques. For the past 5 years though, he has specialized in a new, leading edge form of body work called Matrix Repatterning Therapy (MRT).

MRT helps by relieving deep cellular tension in the densest tissues of our bodies, the bones and fluid filled organs. This tension is caused by impact injuries such as hard falls and automobile accidents and accumulates over our lifetime. MRT locates and then gently relieves this tension freeing up our body from long held tension patterns. The majority of people benefit for around 6 to 10 treatments and once done will typically receive much enhanced results from other forms of bodywork care such as massage, chiropractic, Neuromuscular Therapy, strengthening and flexibility programs.

Andy is in a group of the first seven MRT practitioners in the U.S. to be certified in this technique and the only certified practitioner in Minnesota. He has travelled extensively to Toronto, Canada since 2003 to study MRT under its’ founder DR. George Roth N.D., D.C..
